I am still so disappointed that Smokescreen is just a Knock Out repaint. That's so not Rainbow Dash of Takara. I think I was ultimately hoping for a new figure, since KO is supposed to be a muscle car versus Smokescreens' sleek racer.

Those 3 ports in front of the chromed grill ruin the look of CyLAS... The eye looks more like a monocle than it being ripped out... =.

The colours aren't right either, and that "head" inside is so overrated. Overall, pretty disappointing.

I would have bought Nemesis had it been the FE mold.

Oh well, much money saved.  

 

I agree with you. When I saw that eye, I instantly thought of a monocle. I like the chrome though.

 

Wish they hadn't chromed CyLAS' grill, since it makes the ports unusable without having to worry about chipping off the chrome. Other than that, no complaints and I think the figure looks great. Nemesis Prime turned out nicely as well and I'm actually glad it's the RiD mold; since I have the FE mold as Optimus, using the RiD mold for Nemesis is better for making him look like an 'imperfect' clone. And Smokescreen is going to be a lot of fun to sticker up. Looking forward to all three of them.

 

Seriously Hasbro bring these over!

 

that decepticon set looks boring... why no commander dreadwing/skyquake, or at least another vehicon in place of a weird purple cliffjumper? and why is starscream blue? apex armor, maybe?

i might bite on that autobot set though, i only have wheeljack and even then in the hyperspeed deco.

 

Probably because they were just released and the purple Cliffjumper represents the Terrorcon version in Japan.

Damn it, I probably will have to pick up this set sooner or later for that Cliffjumper.

Megs looks pretty good too though. I guess I can repurpose Starscream as Thundercracker.

 

Breakdown looks like the fanciest patchwork hobo I've ever seen. Total bought.

Nemesis Prime looks cool. He's going right next to "Sir Breakdown".

Smokescreen looks funky. Not very fond of the KO mold, so I'm going to pass on him. Good thing they gave him a new head, I guess.

Ow, and pass on the Cyberverse dudes. I don't really need a Bluescream or a Gary.

I didn't know his grill was chromed but, I'm definitely happy that it is.

 

I too am disappointed with the use of the Knockout mold for Smokescreen.

But, having this version is better than nothing at all. IMO Hasbro isn't going to release Smokescreen in "clean" form. He'll probably have all of the spikes etc. for the Beast Hunters line.

Plus, I honestly think it'll be one of those figures that looks meh in pics but, great once you get it in person.

 

They all look great but it seems Cyrus Breakdown is missing the yellow part of the exposed inside of the optic. Maybe the yellow part is a sticker?

Nemesis is so bought since I'm a sucker for black Optimus Primes and this'll look great next to FE voyager Optimus -when I do get him- to look like an imperfect clone like someone said.

Smokescreen looks decent, I'll get him just in case Hasbro decides not to release a Smokescreen figure or releases a super spikey version for BH.
