Who do you guys think it is?

I think its Wreck-gar because he has no autobot or decepticon sign on him and looks like junk... =-P

Remember Wreck-gar was not a autobot at first!

But then again it could not be a transformer.... What do you guys think?

Wreck-Gar could be really interesting, actually... I'd like that for him.

Darn I'm losing track on the number of threads about this one truck.

My theory is that the crap has really hit the fan hard in the third movie, the human military has been crushed somehow by the Decepticons and now people are having to go all Mad Max because they don't know where they might strike next. Thus a regular fuel truck doesn't stand a chance if some characters like a Runabout and Runamok from the Marvel comic books have taken over the roads.

Of course I think Hasbro will still turn the truck into a robot since other vehicles like the tow truck in the first film ended up as part of the toy line.

It's entirely possible that the truck starts out as a human creation, then a Con scans it... Voila! MURDER ROBOT!

I'm with you on that buddy, remember the concept art for the planet Junkion? Plus the lack of faction symbols, would make sense if the wreckers and the fuel truck were Junkions, mere speculation, but would make me happy :)

Would be interesting. A nice change of pace from humans saving the day and making the Transformers look useless.

If they are pulling this off then I've got to say it may be one of their best ideas yet. Just something more heroic about the hero that has to struggle harder because the good guys have been left in really bad spot.

Plus it's just a perfect setting for Micheal Bay's visual style. He really has a great eye for making destruction look great so an Earth that is in bad shape is almost perfect for him. All the little details to making the truck look all Mad Max really shows off his skill for the less that pristine.

Um.... check this out.... Found this on leon guerrero's flickr page....

Looks to me like the Mack Bulldog is in full form... not modified into a "DeciptiDog". Is this first close up photo of this hood ornament?

Are you sure cause the first pics that surfaced had the ornament covered. I honestly still think is Onslaught at least. Still gotta think about that giant combiner leg that was seen.
