Wasn't Armor Wars a story about Tony's tech getting abused? I wonder how this will work out.

Have feeling this will play off Edith from Homecoming / Iron Legion along with Tech being in the open since IM2

Yeah, I think it'd just loosely have the core concept of "Armor Wars" just with Rhodey in the spotlight with an extra helping of examining Tony Stark's legacy that are different from what got explored in "Spider-Man: Far from Home". At the risk of bordering politics, I wouldn't be surprised if modern gun control issues are tossed into the themes as well.

So, this was a big deal in the comics. Tony's tech gets stolen and leads to him fighting a bunch of his different armored villains. I wonder if we'll see the real Crimson Dynamo and Titanium Man in this?

I was thinking, maybe this could be a good place to introduce Dr. Doom into the MCU outside of a Fantastic Four film?

I should have realized it: Tony's armor designs would still be around, waiting for someone to get their hands on them and work them to their own goals.

Well, War Machine is around to take care of it (and maybe Ironheart too).

Ivan Vanko in Iron Man 2 was a composite of Whiplash and Crimson Dynamo, so I doubt they'll use Dynamo again.

But seeing Titanium Man would be really cool IMO.

Maybe nothing too direct, just see him take Iron Man armor and rework it to his own benefit.

I've always wondered why Doctor Strange doesn't fix Rhodey's paralysis with the spell Pangborn used.

I believe that it's the person affected that has to be able to do that, so unless Rhodey himself is able to learn magic, I don't think Dr. Strange can just fix it with a snap of his fingers.

Yeah, Pangborn himself was using the spell and it was taking all his magic to keep himself healed basically. That's why when Mordo takes away his powers at the end he goes back to being crippled. So it's a spell that constantly requires a source of magic at the very least.

Yes, they combined the two characters in that show.

I remember way back in Ironman 2, we had that bit during the courtroom proceedings that showed various militaries around the world building knockoff Stark armor. Sort of hoping this show circles back to that. You'd think in all the intervening years, someone would've made good progress, right? Seemed like even back then, a few people were close.
