All done with this custom. Removed the tank treads on his back and made them removable. Also added a chest piece to fill the space where his factory chest had a void. Also added leg armor pieces, which are also removable. Last thing I did was make his cannon fit to his side like his original look. Really nice job! I'm guessing you had to sacrifice transformation to make this, but it still looks nice!
He still transforms into a tank but in order to insert the tread sections correctly they will need to be screwed back into his rear back brackets, which is actually pretty simple. Thanks!
PARTS FORMING!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! All kidding aside. Looks phenomenal! Well done. Like the paint and the new position of the tank treads on the arms. Makes it differ greatly now from CW Megatron. Looks much more like Armada Megs now. P.S. a little parts forming never hurt anybody.
That is amazingly cool! I'm not a fan of the character, but if the figure was like your custom, I'd buy it.
Looks great. I always enjoy your pain work, and the change in bot mode really differentiates him from Megatron.
Amazing. The paint work is beyond this world. I'm looking for the other version of this toy: Combiner Wars Leader Megatron. Plan to get it around mid-year.

Your paint aesthetic is so good. Great work with the rest of it, but seriously, that paint is gorgeous.
This is really very cool. I think Hasbro should have taken some more effort and made it look a bit more like you've got things here.
i dont mean to make this a zombie thread, and i dont mean to waste anyone's time, but can someone tell me how to do the waist cannon mod and does the figure still transform with the waist cannon or is that also partsforming?
