Prime is a remold of his cybertronian form. My guess is we’ll see something similar for the core bots from siege. It would be ridiculous but I’d also love to see ironworks remolded into a certain intersection inspired UT bot...might even break my no robits rule if that was a thing... Grapple just looks like a smaller, less complex MP-35

 

I like the new Prime with trailer. It looks more complete than POTP Op's truck and trailer mold. Also liking the new Grapple. He looks better than the RTS version which looked kind of silly as a crane. Hopefully Inferno will follow.

I know they are early shots, but hopefully it confirms no more battle damage.

I don't think there will be too many Siege to ER remolds, maybe a few more. But I wouldn't expect Sideswipe, and Prowl, and Ironhide, etc... that would re-hash too much, and how much different would Sideswipe be? (Though it'd be fitting to have an "ER Ratchet", ha! )

Assuming ER Starscream is real, maybe he's remold of the Siege version, but if so, it might be more of re-using minor parts like arms, thighs, feet, while a new torso and new shins are done. Immediate thought is that TC/SW would follow, but actually I think the Coneheads are more likely. They've gotten fewer updates and in the cartoon they had earth modes, never had tetrajet molds, so this is probably the time to do them.

I'm also wondering if doing "Cybertronian" modes partly was just an excuse to make great robots of Megatron, Shockwave, Soundwave, and Reflector and avoid the need to give them "Earth" modes?

Anyway, a little photoshoot with 3 G2 Sideswipes before the MP goes away!

 

Siege Prowl, Barricade (and the repaint brothers) and Sideswipe are dang near perfect and I'm happy with them to the point where I don't think I'd feel the need for any newer versions. I'm also quite content with Siege Megatron. To be honest, I'm over him having a gun alt mode anyway. Now I'd be excited for a new Sunstreaker using Siege Sideswipe as a base.

As for a new Ratchet, remold, voyager, leader, I'm all for it. He'll give me a Titan Class Ratchet or a Haslab Budget Buster $600 Ratchet.

Not sure what UT is, but so far I've saved alot of money with the seige line because my generations bots are almost complete and I don't like to replace EVERY single bot I have because a new version comes out. But the new line does look good.

the only chug sunstreaker I have is the combiner wars version and to me he suxx, I actually do hope they make a new one because I would for sure replace him.

I haven't liked colored wheels on robots since cybertron dirt boss but these look right!

A WFC Sunstreaker is definitely on my want-list. Wheeljack's on the rumored list, and I think a Battlecharger won the fan vote. So I wonder with 2 similar-ly transforming bots already being made if they'll be able to multi-purpose the mold(s) to make Sunstreaker, Tracks, and maybe even Omnibot Downshift. I forget which Battlecharger is which, but with 1 winning the vote, I'm sure both will show up somehow!

So, got a look at Starscream now! Looks great, but wow, really is cribbing a lot from the Classics deluxe mold. I'm still betting the 1st re-use in the mainline will be a conehead.

I agree about wheeljack, ill be replacing the generations shitjack with this one for sure and hopefully tracks too but other than those 2 and sunstreaker, I won't need any updated figs from seige.

Earth Rise Starscream: Oh yea! I loved the Classics 1.0 mold but always felt it was too small so this is a yes. Plus actual null rays and no silly missile launchers. I'm glad I didn't get Siege Thundercracker and Starscream now. The rainmakers have scratched my itch for tetra jets. And we better get coneheads from that mold too. We haven't had any new classics coneheads since the Classics 1.0 mold.

Keep checking on Amazon. That's where I got mine. 35th Bluestreak should be in today from Wal-Mart but since it's still in Texas, I don't know. Also SS Hightower is popping up at retail at Wal-Mart.com
