Right handed, simply because my left hand usually puts on the guns.
Being a lefty, most of my figures are also displayed with weapons in their left hands.
I put the guns in their left hands because I am left handed. Just biased I guess.
For the most part my Autobots are right handed. Just out of habit when posed Prowl, OPrime, Perceptor and RPrime are lefty. And most if not all Decepticons are ambidextrous.
All my Autobots are right handed and all my Decepticons are left handed.

I never thought about it with Transformers. They're all pretty much right-handed in my displays. When it comes to toys of actors where it is known whether they're righties or lefties, I do display accordingly. All Luke Skywalker toys in the display feature a left-handed lightsaber grip.
Interesting question! I didn't realize so many people had considered this.
I tend to put guns in the right hand, but I haven't thought of it much.
Grapple and Inferno are an interesting situation, though, and the only one I've ever really taken note of...because if you look at their Marvel profile art, both have one hand and one rocket/nozzle, but Grapple is right-handed and Inferno is a lefty. This is awfully nice of the artist, because it allows one to have a single accessoryless version of the mold and still have the hands matching the art. I would have thought the architect would be the lefty, though.
the majority of mine are right handed, onless they got a cannon on their right sholder.....i know i had my encore soundwave left-handed....for some reason his gun is in his left hand.....oh well i put pretty much all of them right handed
All of my guns go into storage. I never pose with them.
I've actually had thoughts about this. Whats funny is that some of the figures actually have weapons molded for a specific hand, almost as though the designer is thinking "hey, that figure should be a lefty"
I try to change it up, but most of mine are predominantly right handed.
I have only G1 and they're currently posed without their weapons.
Once I can pose them in a permanent place though, they will be left-handed like me.
Always did that as a kid with my TF's and other figures to make them a little different.
almost all of mine are lefties...
If it's an action pose, I don't care. When they're displayed it depends on their position of center.
Good question. Mine are left handed just to be a little different.
I usually have a fairly even distribution of left- and right-handedness, although whenever there's a weapon with a hollow side, like Cybertron Defense Scattorshot's rifle, the hollow side always faces the center line of the figure.
i keep univ hound left handed, thats bout it
I choose at random from what looks best to me. There are only a few lefties: RotF Voyager Ratchet, Animated Swoop, Animated Soundwave, Movie Robot Replicas Frenzy, the Universe Insecticons, G1 Ultra Magnus, and Encore Bruticus. A few are ambidextrous: MP Megatrons, Alternity Megatron, MP Grimlock, Animated Voyager Optimus Prime, Animated Sentinel Prime, Universe Perceptor.
Two-weapon figures are almost always ambidextrous unless one of the weapons is awful like Henkei Octane's guns. Single-weapon figures get checked with the weapon in both hands to see which I prefer.
Separate names with a comma.
