I am right handed, but for a while my robots held their guns in their left hand.

But after a while, it started to not look right.
Then I realized that this righty was making his bots lefty.
Now I make them right handed.
    They look right now.

    Am I the only one?

Hell, I've got CHUG Hound with his peashooter in his left standing next to Orion Pax with his axe in his right.

Mine are ambidextrous, depending on how they're being posed at the time.

Mine are ambidextrous. I make an effort to keep the number of lefties and righties even, and I generally don't give anyone a "dominant" hand (unless their design informs it so).

Usually right handed is the dominance preference for all my robots. I think the only exceptions are my 1/144 Union Flag Gharam Arker Custom (as it's left-handed by default) and HFTD Breacher (because he came packaged with his clip-guns attached to his left hand and for some reason it just looks right that way)

I'm left handed. So now, if its a sword my transformers hold it in their left hand and if its a gun its the right. Although when I was a kid and played with my transformers they were always right handed because I did not no about the anatomical position.

Usually right-handed, but depending on the pose I sometimes make them left-handed.

Depends on the fiction. I'm a stickler for accuracy so I typically place guns in their fiction-appropos spots. If it's somebody who isn't in any fiction? Wherever I want, but usually still in line with what I perceive the character to be. For example, my FoC Roadbuster dual wields but his big gun is in his right hand. Just depends.

Usually Right Handed. Sometimes both. Rarely Left handed. It just looked wrong. I'm left handed so you might think I'd want them left handed too. But it just didn't seem right. Most times I see them in the medias using their right hands (where it applies) so just holding a gun in their lefts just doesn't seem right.

I pose my Masterpiece toys with their weapons in the hands they used on their G1 box art.

Mostly right handed, but a couple lefties. Ultra Magnus always seems to end up a southpaw, for example.

And yeah, it really bugs me when I see official photography or the like making figures lefties, because you know they jut weren't paying attention.

most of mine are right handed. unless anatomy says otherwise like with beast wars figures.
however, all of My Shattered Glass Figures are left handed.

I pose my figures facing the right (if it's an action pose). If they have a sword, it's definitely in the right hand. If it's a gun, it could be either one.

Right handed myself and indeed almost all of my TF's are also righthanded.

Two exceptions. G1 Roadbuster, because the toy held the gun better in his left hand (clicked in more securely), and Prowl. G1 Prowl's boxart had him holding his gun in his left hand and I've come to prefer that for him.

Right handed, like I am. I do occasionally like to make one of the FOC combaticons left-handed, to make them different.

Right. Only exception is MP Red Alert. His shoulder cannon is set up on his right side so I think he looks better, more balanced, holding his gun in his left. I believe he was drawn this way in the cartoon as well.

Usually right but I do pay attention to it when Im posing them. I specifically made RTS Jazz left handed since I thought it helped make him look like he had a different perspective on things. I think I have one or two more lefties but I cant think of who. I reserve it for guys who think outside the box or have a unique outlook.

If Im posing them with a sword and gun usually I put the sword in their right hand because I imagine the gun is used to pin opponents down while they close in for some melee, which Im pretty sure is the complete opposite from real world sword fighting where its almost always a secondary weapon. I figure transformers can take a few shots though and swords are a lot more devastating so guys who have one want to use it as much as they can.

Mostly righties, but with a few exceptions, Sunstreaker is always a lefty for example. If a character has both a gun and melee weapon then it depends on the pose which goes in which, but the melee weapon does more often than not end up in their right.
