Just curious. I have been working on a set of Constructicons and thought about sharing but didn't want to mispost or only post in Radicons and have people miss out. ;)

The most appropriate forums would be either Radicons, or the Lego thread in the Toyark.

No, but like any other company, yes.

If you are buying Legos to be added on to a Transformer, they would be a third party product. If you are buying Legos that can be displayed alongside Transformers, it is not a third party product. If you are buying Legos to make your own figure from Transformers, it is not a third party.

A third party product is bought in order to alter or add on to your main purchase. That is why a company like Fans Toys or X-Transbots isn't actually a third party company, but the calling them third parties is easier for everyone.

No non-LEGO brands aren't 3rd party they are just rival companies and some every bootleg LEGO companies that make a ton of fake LEGO, so if you want to buy a non-LEGO brand set then go at it, since LEGO themselves don't want do sets based on a rival toy company like Hasbro.

The 3rd Party forum is a catch-all for all unlicensed Hasbro/TakaraTomy "Transformers" merchandise. Essentially any accessory, weapon, armor, figure, etc. that is manufactured for retail by a company for use with an official figure or to replace an official figure falls into this category. So if you are creating a set of Constructicons out of LEGO this is not the place to post pictures of your work. Even if the LEGO's are unofficial, it still doesn't belong in here. As mentioned above, you are better off posting in either the Radicons Customs forum, The Creative General Discussion, or in the LEGO Thread in the Toyark forum.

Locking this thread as it is not needed and feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
