I'm keen on ordering something from Kapow Toys as I've had a nightmare with an overseas seller on eBay!

Just wanted to know if anyone has ever had any bad experiences with Kapow Toys?

 

Never had a problem, one of the best in the Uk.

 

The owner Andy is member Red Leader on this board - top bloke.

 

I order quite a lot from them and never had any problem, au contraire, very safe and available.
And yes Andy is a nice man.

 

Then Red Leader shall be making a few sales off me, as there's a fair few things I want from Kapow Toys. Thanks for the help!

 

They get a big thumbs up from me. I've ordered from them numerous times and never had an issue. They even cancelled a pre-order for me and refunded the deposit which they had no obligation to do.

 

Is this question for real?   I mean, Kapow is not a new but a well established online store. There would be stories circulating by now of customers with bad experiences...

 

Couldn't recommend them enough; Andy once sent me the last limb for Hercules a month before I paid for it! I've only ever had two issues with them (something wasn't sent out and a cancelled pre-order), but both times they sorted the problem very quickly.

 

Add my praise to the list. I have used them a number of time and they've been very reliable.

agreed to all - Andy is a lovely bloke too - TBH Kapow is about the only place I buy online TFs online from...

 

I ordered quite often there, but shipping got so expensive that I now order directly from Japan, which is also cheaper because I'm importing directly.

Yes - ordered plenty from them and always been a positive experience. The only trouble I've actually had is them accidentally sending me extra stuff

 

Yes - Kapow are one of only a few retailers in the UK that I've been ordering from for the past few years. If you ever have any issues they are usually pretty quick to sort it out for you - the only issues people sometimes have is a delay in response which tends to happen when they are dealing with large amount of stock incoming/outgoing at the same time.

 

Can't recommend enough.

 

I have only ordered from two online retailers: Masterforce and Kapow. Both were exceptional.

 

Greta store, run by a great guy. Would recommend highly
