Does a body part count as a beast mode if a Transformer only turns into a body part and nothing else?

No, it wouldn't be a robot mode if they go from robot mode to body part.

You basically just said it wouldn’t be a robot if it goes from robot to a body part

how can he not be a robot changes from the robot lol

 

If the robot only turns into a body part and they can still move in that form with out combining, you wouldn't call the alt mode a robot mode would?

 

You didn't answer my question: why would that then be a beast mode? I'm not saying it is a robot mode, I'm saying by your logic it's closer to a robot (assuming the body part is of a humanoid) than a beast, which is an animal.

A body part alt mode is not a beast mode. A beast mode is, well, a beast. A body part alt mode would simply be an alt mode of a body part.

a robot lion, transforms into either a leg,arm or main body …….but is still robotic wether it combines with the rest of the team or not

 

No that like saying that burger is beast mode because it have meat in it and it come from animals.
