This is great courtroom drama. IMHO Apple should stop worrying about other companies and concentrate on themselves. They have enough of a loyal following to be a healthy company for many years. Good. Apple can go to hell. EDIT: Apple is like the fat guy running behind Samsung and HTC yelling "GUUUUUYS !!! WAIT UPPP!!!"
My sentiments exactly...I've never been a fan of Apple and refuse to buy any of their products. Never understood how most Apple users/customers follow the company and buy their products so blindly.
Simplicity. The products look good, are easy to comprehend, and effective for the needs of the average person.
I'm lucky. All my electronics are either A) handoffs from friends or family for free (iPhone 4 that I do not want #firstworldproblems) B) Christmas/birthday presents (GameBoy Advance SPII limited edition with Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen) C) bought with my own money (i heart my PSP 1001) D) taken from airplanes (my brother 'found' a Motorola Xoom on a plane, wiped all data on it before any of us could check for the owner, and now I'm typing this post using it)
Wow, that was really dickish of Apple For the record, I have a Macbook Pro (which I am typing this post on it), a 2nd gen iPod Touch (8GB), 2nd gen Shuffle (1GB) and a Galaxy Note (smartphone, not the tablet). How do you like that?
I've never bought an i anything. I can't justify spending $$$ when I don't listen to a lot of music. Still, I wouldn't turn down an ipad if I won it in a raffle like Homer Simpson did on tonight's episode of the Simpsons. I've got a friend who says he would rather keep an iphone 1 than buy any android phone or something like that. He also likes Justin Bieber and Twilight.
I neither like nor dislike Apple, but it's always satisfying to see a big company get its wrists slapped when it thinks it's being clever.
