I'm not very interested in a new toon Megs, but if we get toy deco, or even one of the micro change decos I'll bite.
is so funny to see people acting like MP36 is the perfect Megs while it is an overpriced bunch of QC issues that needed 4 KOs to be presentable at least, all in for Apollyon 2.0
Finally a new MP Meg's on the market! I have IT Meg's and it's fine but I always thought there could be a better version of Meg's. I always wish MS Meg's was upscaled as that's how I envisioned Meg's in my head and its aesthetically perfect IMHO. Also I wouldn't mind seeing another company take on the Dinobots with today's toon aesthetics.
it's the whole mess ontop of mp36 torso and the way the chest looks like a clip on chest and then there's the mess of the back that used to really bug me but over time i could live with it because it does a lot well too and the best looking out of the ones released at that time , the best part is the head and facesculpt takara couldn't have done that any better ..... what bugs me still the most is the way the gun barrel does not sit right in robot mode! waaaay too far to the right and then if you move it to the right position its at the wrong angle and sticking out a bit at the back , i have to have it in a pose that hides it a bit
No one's made a perfect Megatron yet in my eyes... I doubt X-Transbots are going to be the ones to do it, but would love to be proved wrong.
To vastly exaggerate the supposed issues with MP-36 while in the same breath throwing your arms open to a remake of a figure that was so poor in so many respects is this kingdom in a nutshell.
Didn't they mention that toony Dinobots were under consideration not too long ago? If they can give me a Megatron that fits in with MS and TE Optimus Prime then I'll buy it. I mean, I'll never transform it, but I'll buy it.
Have the THF KO of em, and he’s great. The transformation isnt a nightmare and actually has a rhythm to it. Outside of paint chipping didn’t see many problems with the mold. If you think the QC on that mold was bad tho, you’ll probably want to burn whatever XTB puts out.
I love MP 36 Megatron, but this'll be interesting to see!!! Whoever gets this in the future I hope you all enjoy it :> Also the fire emojis in the post are so wholesome hfhfhf
If only there was some kind of way to show sarcasm... maybe an established system that the community has agreed upon. Maybe we could make sarcastic comments in blue? Nah. That'll never work.
Not having to make text colored to understand sarcasm has worked for...centuries at this point. This is the only site I've seen that does it. No, I won't be changing the way I type for one site. Why have people have become so awkward at discerning it without color codes?
Because there are no vocal inflections or body language signifiers to show it? Not to mention neurodivergent people that have a difficult time telling what's sarcasm in face-to-face communication let alone on boards. It's a harmless thing that you can adapt to to make everyone else's life a little bit easier.
