In bot mode, the only difference I can spot is the shoulder ladder-looking things are grey instead of yellow, which doesn't necessarily look worse. Looking forward to picking this up on the cheap.

Yes the main different is the colour. But mine is more special... it has two right legs, same toes.

    The year is 2021

Scrapmetal has become a nightmare to locate for less than $150.

I gotta ask, does the Aioy mech ko hold up? does it feel any cheaper than the real thing? i know they made some pretty sweet KO's of that SS38 BB Optimus a while ago.
Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead, i just gotta know if its worth it to ebay one of these dudes in. i found one for $30cad shipped, so what Scrapmetal would have
been at retail, but thats not worth anything if the figure feels cheap.

Whats your guy's thoughts who have one? any comments on plastic feel? Joint tolerance? all around quality? (Present two legged company excluded, of course)

I have Scrapmetal, Long Haul, and Rampage. All of them compatible with the ss components. And I think the rest of them are the same like the original ones.
