I just have chance to play with Aoyi ver. Paint application is improved, light in his eye.The whip design is improve. Cybertronian detail was added into him (side of the head, shoulder).
Overall I like this figure is solid, not loose even I do the pose.

Damn... the figure of Ben is broken in too many points... shoulders and head... I wish that mine came in excellent condition when it arrives...

 

Was a test piece

 

Hard to choose between this and Wei Jiang's...his paint job is awesome, but eyes look really dead without the lights on and the fragility worries me. Hopefully it's just cuz it was a test piece.

 

I usually paint all the dead eyes with crystal paint in blue or red and the lights work almost with the same intensity.

As I said, crystal red or blue, from this brand. But normally I mix it with a little with regular blue or red.

 

I saw Ben´s review and I think I´ll still go with the WJ one.
It´s quite bigger than BA OP anyway (even if not as much as scale charts say), and I think he looks better next to the other ROTF Meg...
I prefer BMB´s paint (Meg shined in the movie, if I remember well) and the height is probably more accurate but he will always look too wide to my eyes (in the review Ben has to rotate his waist to make him look a little bit thinner next to the other two Megs...).
Anyway, as already worte hier or in WJ´s post, you can´t go wrong buying this or the WJ version, if you want 1:29 scale mpms.

 

Please let me shared review and tip for this guy how to transform him.(Sorry it done in local language).

@RemaN Any opinion on the damage that Ben's review unit showed? Did it seem likely that's the sort of thing people are going to need to be worried about, or is it fairly safe to assume that it came into his hands via one or more jerks who just went out of their way to break it?

Paint job on this guy is seriously impressive - even the diecast pieces match the plastic. The pictures shown earlier really didn't do it justice. It really is a damned shame that the copper/bronze pieces aren't a little bit more saturated, but honestly it's starting to grow on me.

 

Ben's sample was a review copy that's been passed around. Damage is expected.

 

Passing it through a couple youtubers has the same effect as dumping it into a shredder

 

No damage found during transformation for my copy. All of parts are ok, no stress mark found after I take pics and transform him a few round.

 

That's what I'd figured, but I'd rather be sure. After Scorn's fins there was always a chance - not that they're damaged, rather that they clearly aren't all handled as well with regards to how they're packaged and shipped.

Honestly I've no idea why people can't look after things that aren't theirs - in my experience it isn't hard to NOT handle things like a gorilla. But that's a whole other conversation which is bound to lead into a lot of other areas of less-than-desirable or self-righteous behaviour.

Appreciate it. Makes my decision harder (still on the fence between this and WJ's - no need for both), even if in a good way.

 

FYI: My copy is not open before, but box damage during transportation process.
