Title says it all: what figures are you using as Vehicon stand-ins, since AOE has only given us one (the Skids repaint).

I'm using this guy right now:

The alt mode fits with KSI's desire for sleek, sexy vehicles (low rider truck that's been tricked out), the bot mode is droney enough to fit as a Vehicon, and I can even see Galvatron influencing the vehicle painters to do the Decepticon logo on the car and no one realizing it until it was too late.

Don't have one to do this but Deluxe Swindle from the first movie would work well as an AOE Vehicon (especially as he is designed to be a drone). He has a sleek altmode as well.

Skids repaint? I missed that one. Chevvy Aveo Swerve would be a good one. Just need to remove the bot symbol from his bonnet.

Hmm.. I think movie payload, dreadwing and overcast. Basically offscreen decepticon characters that look suitable enough to belong to ksi.

Payload would probably work but KSI seemed to only use sports cars for their Transformers so I don't think Dreadwing and Overcast would work.

These, and I also use some Skystalker molds fitted with some Cyberverse weaponry. Planning to eventually buy 4+ Swindles to even it out. If they ever come out with the Trax molds, then those are as good as bought.

I also like to use some of the Human Alliance Scouts to bulk it out. I justify their existence and wonky proportions as a result of being very, very early prototypes. I sometimes pair them up with Galvatron as his personal bodyguards/guns.

I've just been slotting in the PRID Vehicons. Just great all purpose Decepticon army builders, they look great next to Galvatron.

The upcoming Aoen Exclusives Wheeljack screams Drone to me.

Dispensor makes a good stand in for Junk and Heap.

    Dead End is cool.

Both Swindle and Camshaft,Dropkick and the 3 Dropkick repaints, LongArm and Hoist, And Breakaway and Thrust, And Brawn.

Really just shove those Off-Screen guys in there.

So, I'm really enjoying the AOE generations toyline, for the most part. But my one real and obvious complaint would be simply the lack of Decepticon figures.
Beyond Stinger probably being announced at SDCC, we have no guarantees of anymore deluxe Decepticons being released in the TF4 generations line.
So it got me thinking, with possibly no deluxe Steeljaw to army build or Voyager Junkheap combiner on the way.. what previous movie Decepticon figures would work well as TF4 off-screen KSI Decepticons?
Besides the one I'm listing below... I can't really think of any that fit TF4 well.

    ~Minor TF4 SPOILERS~
Deluxe Darksteel works for me the same way Stinger works as BB's evil clone, but he was probably created a bit differently.
I'd guess KSI based Stinger off of various gov't BB photos... perhaps, but perhaps they used a more gruesome approach when designing Darksteel. The CIA probably hunted down all of the previous supporting cast Autobots from DOTM that lived, thus why they did not appear in AOE (which was strongly alluded upon). So with that in mind, KSI probably got ahold of poor Sideswipes remains via the CIA and made Darksteel from his body design.
So, with just a tiny bit of imagination, this previous off-screen movie Decepticon toy seemingly fits with the overall KSI storyline presented in the movie, more or less.

Can anyone think of other previous Decepticon movie figures that could actually work like this, as off-screen characters in TF4.. that don't feel too forced?

Also, not to beat a dead pony, but why doesn't Hasbro (and I mean in the USA, not just Taiwan) finally release deluxe DOTM Sondwave in black and call him deluxe AOE Soundblaster? That toy would sell nicely, and my display badly needs more TF4 deluxe Decepticons.
