-Stunticons (in particular Motormaster the Argosy)

-Ultra Magnus the Argosy

-Scourge the Argosy

-Nemesis Prime the Argosy

-Cyclonus the Argosy

-Cyclonus the anything

-Anything other than Galvatron the Argosy

-Galvatron is an ancient Transformer

-Bumblebee actually talks

-Sentinel Prime having a part in vehicon creation

-Optimus using Sentinel's sword and shield

-anything Sentinel Prime

-Dino or pretty much any missing Bot from the last three films being explained

-Sam or any human from the last three films being explained

-That elusive and pesky Obelisk (lol tony)

-SUDDENLY LOCKDOWN

-Lockdown being a Decepticon

-Lockdown working for Decepticons

-Lockdown working for the humans

-Lockdown lives til the next movie (see below)

-Lockdown is the ultimate baddie. Come on. Trailers were a dead giveaway.

-Nightship being Unicron's hand

-Drift is a traitor

-E-jet is a Transformer

-Sonic is a Transformer

-Rally fighter is a Transformer

-White camaro is a Transformer

-Tessa is a Transformer and is a nod to Sari

-Bingbing Li's necklace has significance

-Evac is in it

-dock scene in the trailers/commercials was not the final scene

-Galvatron factory battle actually being a thing as portrayed in the Kreo set

-toy packaging is accurate. Seriously? You haven't learned this one by now? It's over 30 years later.

Some people (including myself) speculated that Stinger would end up being Dino/Mirage or even Knock Out.

People were assuming he'd actually talk normally for once, thru the whole movie, instead of talking thru the radio or like R2D2/minicon.

And, whoops, forgot one of the biggies, and that was that people thought Lockdown would survive. Also added Bingbing's necklace.
