So I got this guy out of sheer curiosity to see if good 'ol Grimlock warranted the $9.99 price point and what do you know, he actually does. The Dino mode on this guy is actual is one of the best proportioned t-Rex's in the line. and when looking at him from the bottom or top he has basically no kibble for Robot mode. He works sorta like the old animated and revenge of the fallen activators just without a button to activate the transformation, instead you literally rip his hips out from his body and he stands up in robot mode. His robot mode is also kinda nice it is really simple and basic but it overall looks like the movie Grimlock robot. he has no articulation besides his arms, which can go up and down. so over all this guy was a neat pick up and if you can look at it like an activator you just might think is really cool.
got this for my son the other day. He picked it out. He absolutely LOVES it. He makes it jump, and TF in midjump... DAMN are they nailin the kids toys this time.
the price seems to be a major Durant for a lot of people. I think that they could lower it down like 2 bucks but this one is pretty nice for ten bucks.
