Here's a simple one: I took the TLK Deluxe Hot Rod and swapped heads with a junker AOE Deluxe Lockdown. Since they share engineering, the ball joints match perfectly. I then gave this Lockdown the spare hook from the Movie The Best figure, added a few additional green paint apps with Citadel paints to evoke his Animated colour scheme, and covered Hot Rod's Autobot logo with a Toyhax 'con symbol. Why do this? Personally I prefer the Lockdown head design based on concept art that the AOE deluxe has, and I like the Hot Rod figures transformation scheme, and the fact it's beefier than the original deluxe. I team him up with SS Shadow Raider and the Movie the Best figure (who I see as another Raider). In fact, thinking about it in light of the Legacy Star Raiders, they're kinda the Movie version of the Star Raiders.
I thought it was weird that Lockdown was by himself. In all the other movies the main villian usually has a group of other characters. Tbf it makes sense though.
This is pretty great being so simple!!! Didn't care for the SS Lockdown but that Hot Rod looks fantastic as Lockdown!!!!
