Minor/Repaint: AOE Galvatron Painted and Inner Chest LED

    I went for variable gray paints instead of metal colored paints for this version. Just wanted to break things up a bit with a different approach. He is still intricately detailed and has been given a definition-enhancing wash. I finished Galvatron off by sealing him with a gloss finish and also installed a inner chest LED.

    His inner chest walls were painted silver however, which was allows a better reflection effect for the LED. The LED is neatly wired and concealed in Galvatron's back and has an easy to access battery pack. There's a tiny button installed the back of his neck.

    I really prefer the grey paintjob over the silver ones. Gives it a cell shaded video game look. Very nice!

    Edit: Do you plan to do the rest of the line in this style? I'd love to see Drift done like this, with all his paneling lines.

    I really love the use of grays instead of metallic paints, right on! Chest LED is sweet!

    while I do prefer the metalized look you did, that chest LED is absolute money. Great job on that.

    WOW that LED really knocks it out of the park. the paint alone looks great but that LED is fantastic

    Although I do prefer the metallic look since he was metallic in the movie and not a cartoon, it still looks great. That chest light really makes it awesome looking. Always liked your painting style.
