He looks cool, but I thought it would have been a new mold! I really hope he is like that in the movie. Unless Hasbro just wanted to make a Helicopter drift to throw us off and the actual helicopter is Cyclonus.

Wait I read something about that but I never saw pictures and heard the set was cancelled.

Did we ever get images of what toy they had used for it?

Not even close. The skyhammer voyager is one of the largest movie voyagers to date.

I'm going to wait until after the movie to decide which Drift toy to get. If his helicopter form has greater importance then I'll pick up that one but as of right now, I am leaning towards his car version. I only want one version of Drift

Well yes. You see it here. What I'm saying is, if drift is a chopper in the movie, I'm betting this look here is not what he looks like in the movie. They got lazy here and just went with a mold that they already had instead of making a new one for him.

This looks mouthwateringly beautiful for a Voyager Drift

At the same time, it looks extremely lazy. I can't tell if I'm more amused or disappointed by the figure.

If this was just a drift for the classic generations line, I'd be ok with it. But to repaint skyhammer and throw a new head on it and say this is movie drift? No, it's just not a good move on Hasbro's part.

What a joke. We were told there wouldn't be any reused molds.

For some reason I just feel like someone who got hold of a drift head repainted the other toy, used the original plastic holder thing, and but in an AOE drift box
