    Have a Dinobot Slash?

Think he looks derpy with all the feathers?

Look no further... And if you don't have a Slash maybe you will want one.

    SUPER simple minor mod.

    1. Take leg off ball joint.
    - Apply floor polish, or nail polish to tighten up joints.

    3. Flip ball joint so feathers are in back.

    3. Pop off lower legs at thigh swivel and peg back in on other side.

    BOOM!
3 and a half easy little steps.
It does loads for the figure. Don't believe me see below.

    oh, oh, oh,
He also transforms no muss no fuss to Raptor mode. Feathers tuck in under the raptor neck.

I honestly think the figure was put together wrong from the get go. The sculpted detail fits perfectly and the figure looks so much better.

    Check it.

The posts are so far back he probably didn't even see that it had been done before, or just didn't see the thread in general.

It's not as if it's in the Radicons posts, that thread is in a completely different area, he may of checked the radicons to see if it had been done before and no other.

Unmodded, the feathers serve to cover up a couple of things in dino-mode, plus serve as hackles that can be raised up. I think this was intentional, because I can't see their purpose for the robot-mode in back. The modded version, while it works, also exposes the toe portion of the robot-foot.

The way I've been solving the issue is simply tucking the rubber-bits up into that space between hip-joint and waist. I still get the full range of motion and they stay their pretty nicely. I'll try to grab a pic later if folks are curious.

The part that doesn't work for me so much are the rib-cage parts that end up on the shoulders. They don't cover anything up for dino-mode, just making him very wide. Thankfully, they're just a simple popoff, and then he's a much sleeker dino-mode.
