Here are some pictures of the figure that I got at the Singapore launch event:

Honestly speaking, Slash is not a very good figure and is my least favorite Dinobot out of the 5 that I have.

Beast mode is undeniably cool, but the robot mode has limited articulation (due to knee quills, thin legs and large, short arms), bad back kibble (entirely of tail + dino arms), tons of soft plastic and is top heavy in robot mode, causing him to constantly fall over... The weak hip joints don't help much...

On display he's fine, but not a fun toy to play with.

Nice bro! You beat me to it lol. I'm gonna pick him up tomorrow.
Not my favourite Dinobot either based on his look. Guess I'll see if he can change my mind when I have him in hands.

Only Deluxe Dinobot I might pass on.

Still doesn't look BAD, mind you, but the other Deluxe Dinobots look amazing.

I'm still more likely to get this than... honestly, any non-Dinobot AOE figure thus far. Huh.

Seems less fun than the rest, but still looks worth picking up, just to round up the team.

The back kibble is just his knight-cape :p

Hmmm... Actually one of my most anticipated Dinobots because his dino mode ( head ) seems like the most organic styled one of the bunch.

Plus, the colorscheme somehow excites me. The knee thingies fortunately do bend, right ?

Aren't the feathers on the thighs supposed to swivel down and to the side, like a skirt?

Unfortunately, they are attached to the thigh and can fold down to only a certain degree there is a spike on the upper shin that prevents it from folding past 45 degrees out unless you force it.

    Sadly not...

Looking forward to your pictures. I don't have my full photobooth set up, so I'm limited to taking pics of figures on my cluttered desk. (^.^;)

    Sure!

He looks okay. I really like his colours and overall look in dino mode. He feels like an awesome 90's toy, visually. But the articulation issues are depressing, and the head looks less like a warrior's helmet and more like a hard hat. He looks to have a pretty good size in dino mode, though. I thik the robot mode would look better without the quills/feathers on the legs.

I'll get him to finish the team, but I'm not chomping at the bit for him. I'm saving that for Snarl and Slog.

    Thanks ! Nothing a little hot-exacto-knife modding can't fix.

Nice ! Ok, Slash & Snarl are now the only Dinobots on my list.

This guy looks like a mess compared to the elegant designs of the others so far, and not getting a Knight motif from him at all.

Yeah, that's a big issue. Nothing really "knightly" or even "warrior-like" about him.

Also, the weapons look pretty weak. They're like a halfway between an axe and a sword.

Flawed but interesting sort of reminds me of an awkward Beast Wars era toy like The insect mode Scourge, or TM2 Iguanus.

I think he's a toy that will be spending much of his time in Beast mode though.

I wonder if you pop his ball joints off disconnect his mid leg swivel and swap them so the feathers are moved to the back of his legs could he still transform ?

    Probably not.

I do find it distracting that the feather looks like hands grabbing his/her crotch though.

I do kind a like it for it's wackyness.

Thanks for taking the time to cover him/her Actar. It was much appreciated.
