    I think it will be in the same universe, more or less. Hasbro has been putting a lot of effort into this continuity family, and I can see them sticking within it.

    We may not get a "proper" sequel though (like Armada to Energon), it might be more like the link from WfC/FoC to Prime; a much looser one.

    Although if they want to keep the basic Autobots are in disguise on Earth with human friends, they will more or less have to start a new continuity as I don't see another cell of Autobots hiding on Earth working in that same timeline.

    I hope so. I get tired of having to go back over the origins of a new group of characters every time the show restarts. Seriously there are better ways to introduce new characters than just scrapping the current cast, and I still say they have stories to tell. Plus I'm rather fond of this crop of human characters, and they tend to be hit or miss when they restart the series.
