im trying to figure out what crazydevy parts to get for him but he is a ko from the 80's and he doesnt seem to follow the traditional rule of thumb. you see crazydevy has 2 sets of forearms upgrades, one for the ko with a 5mm peg whole for the bulldozer and 1 for the original which is 4mm. the guy i bought it from says that the original devy forearms fit a little loose which doesnt make sense seeing as the original should be too small for the ko and i cant get him to measure it, so i was hopeing someone might have this and tell me the diameter of the bulldozer peg so i get the set, any other info on this figure would be great, i was really hopeing it would turn out to be a diaclone but who knows?

that figure is not a diaclone. Each constructicon was sold separately at my local walgreens back in 2003. The legs broke on my yellow scavenger from that set so I would be gentle with it.

Nah, I used to have that KO back in 00. I brought it on ebay for 10 bucks or so. The parts fit G1 Devastator robots pretty good if I remember Correctly but its a little snug. The only difference I remember is Long Haul's waist piece. I had to swap out the original with the KO's bottom and it fit perfectly.

As a matter of fact, that KO box set came with all the individual weapons and they fit perfectly on the original figures.:rock

well thats rad and it sucks, its rad because now i know to go with the original crazydevy forearms but what sucks is i was thinkin this was a rare badass, (he did say it had just as much diecast as the original) 80's devastator that would be worth buying $161.75 for all the crazydevy parts but now i see i have made a big mistake, what a waste

Yeah, that thing was a piece of junk. It was great for parts if you needed some to complete a G1 Devastator but thats about it. Its not even complete, your mix matching G1 parts on it already right?

100% positive that thing didn't come from the 80's. You should go to KOtoys.com, i'm sure Mike could give you exact info on it, hell he could probably get it shipped to you for under 20:lol

Yeah, I remember the KO and it had

Black/Yellow forearms, Red chest shield/hips, Yellow or green waist piece but I don't remember how the face looked...

That one has G1 Hips, Shield (Head?) and g2 Arm pieces.

well i just sent him a message telling him that who ever told him it was vintage 1980's was wrong and that i hope we can work it out, now i just have to find a cheap diaclone to put these crazydevy parts on, hey do you think a diaclone would take original parts from crazydevy or KO?, i would think everything on the diaclone should be the same as the original.

It should but i've never handled a Diaclone Devastator so you got me. It should fit but I can't say that with 100% certainty.

I have that Devvy, he's pretty good quality, parts are interchangeable with a real one. It's a popular myth that it's a vintage KO set.

It's packed away at the moment, that's the only pic I've got to hand.
