I got Jetwing a couple of days ago. Been playing with him for 2 days, his joints hold up nicely and the plastic feels stable. So yeah I think he's a quality figure. I don't have the japanese one to compare it to or anything. He puts a smile on my face when I chase my wife around the house with him. :lol  If you're thinking about it buying him I say go for it.

I got mine yesterday. The main bot is identical to the Takara release, the wings are also identical but with the addition of the stripes. The guns obviously have some extraneous paint, but it still is a great figure overall. I think it's a great price for such an amazing figure.

I have the Takara version, but I wish I had this version instead. Mine looks bland in comparison!

I think this is going to be a lightning deal today around 4 pm central time. Not sure what it'll get marked down to, but anything marked off is better than paying full price...

Yup. 2pm Pacific start time. I was going to pass, but this deal might be too hard to resist.

Yea, youre right. WTF amazon. I'll return mine if it's on sale for more than $20, and buy the lightning deal.

Yeah, but is $99 the lightening deal price? I think that is the normal price.

$60 and I am biting. I don't have a single movie figure. So this would be my first and last. I do like big figures.

Could be worth it depending on what return shipping is - it's a pretty large figure to pay shipping on.

I believe Amazon does free return shipping, you just print out the label they give you.

If he's 50-60 I'd definitely be interested, but I'll be busy when the deal comes up with no internet access... hopefully some are left about an hour after it goes live. Assuming it's a good discount.

Return is free. Not sure if that is amazons standard policy, or because i'm a Prime member.

Only some items have free return shipping without reason, like clothes and shoes.

Most other stuff only has free shipping for defects and such. Yeah, you can print out a prepaid label, but Amazon is going to deduct a flat rate off your reimbursement.

Usually it's cheaper just to pay return shipping yourself than use their pre-printed labels.

    Edit:
"For items sold by Amazon.com, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return. For more information, go to Calculating Refund Amounts.

Learn how to return items to Amazon.com. "

So yea, It's because I'm a Prime member. I haven't been without that membership since the day it launched, so I had no idea.
