    Anyone here dealt with Jon Heird?

    I paid him via paypal like three weeks ago and I haven't received my goods. :banghead:  I was wondering if anyone hear has dealt with him before.

    The time constraint is no excuse. If you are selling items then you must make time to deliver the goods. Give him a message to deliver your items with confirmation if no response is given then make sure to ask for a refund from Paypal before deadline.

    Contact Paypal immediately and file a complaint on the transaction. They will lock his account until it is resolved.

    what a scammer. You should also file paypal complaint.

    You have within 30 days (from payment date) to file a payal complaint. Like Glhboy said, they will lock his account and if it isnt resloved they will remove the funds from his paypal account.

    I got my funds back from paypal. Jon responed by saying "Sorry, I've been very sick and unable to access a computer or mail out. They were mailed out this morning, and I'm refunding you for the trouble & wait."
