I've really enjoyed it so far, but I'm not at all sad to know it'll be ending this year. It's going out with a bang, and I'd rather it do that than potentially go downhill. I'm looking forward to see what Hasbro has planned next.

I am. I've really enjoyed the show. But it's going to end with a movie and go out on a good note so it's all good. I'm going to keep up with the news on the next show/iteration and see what I think of it.

Not really. It gets in the way of me watching the Facts of Life.

I'm a little sad, but at the same time, I'd like to see what comes next. Will miss the characters, but life goes on.

Yeah, I really will miss the show... I don't think 3 seasons was enough. There was so much that could be done. I mean, are they really writing off saving Cybertron? Was that ALL they were going to tell us re the 13? And what's with the lack of other Autobots?

Couple that with there hasn't really been much on lately that's even vaguely interesting and when there IS a show that's fun, they cancel it. Like Young Justice, Green Lantern, Thundercats... So, yeah, I'll have some cheese with my whine... I just hope the follow-up series has some 'umph' to it.

I know folks have their likes/dislikes... this is just mine.

Honestly, whilst it's had some good moments, I'm quite happy that we will be getting something else next year. That being said, we've got to get through another awful movie, first, so there's that.

I hope they go back to traditional 2D animation for the next show. I like CG, and I like Animated's stylistic approach, but it'd be nice to see something more traditionally animated, along the lines of G1 (all the way up to Zone, of course), the Japanese Beast Wars series, or even RID and Armada. That doesn't necessarily mean it needs more of an anime feel, but either way would work.

I'd also like to see something that's quite different, like the Japanese G1 shows, although that's probably unlikely (but not impossible). Hopefully it's as far away from the movies as possible, though, like Animated was. That'd be nice.

    I am sad

It feels like history repeating itself with the Beast Wars, which also lasted only 3 seasons.

Do cutting edge CGI shows really cost that much that the networks can only make the series last only so long? And ending the series with a shorter season?

I don't know what to say......

That depends on how well they do and how much money they're making, but the short answer is that yes, CGI shows cost a lot more than traditional 2D animation.

I am sad that this shows ending but my thoughts mostly depend on what the new show will be like. Hopefully its a sequel to Prime. So that we don't have to start at the beginning... again

Yes. Hopefully the sequel will be the same aesthetic and graphic style.

Yes, I really like this series. I am also sad it is a shorter season. At least it ends movie style.

I was at first. Especially after Animated was cancelled (and left unresolved with my favorite character dying), I was pretty crushed because I expected Hasbro to half-ass it.

But after seeing how Hasbro spared no expense for the final season of this series, I felt a whole lot better.Truly, Hasbro- for whatever reason- has dumped cash into this final season. They've gone above and beyond when you look at how other series have been treated. They're even advertising Beast Hunters in the damn movie theaters. Any cartoon that gets to go out with this much of a bang is a lucky one.

The sooner the better. Prime has been nothing but constant disappointment and shitty toys.
