Because it's the best TF show ever.
Steeljaw is the best con ever, and Windblade is in the series! What's not to like about that?

Thank you. This is a thread about hoping for the "death" of a series, and as I don't like said series, my opinion is not out of place.

 

And we have a right to ours. Funny how opinions work like that.

 

Not liking a show is fine but actually hoping for it to fail hurts all TF fans eventually.

As much as I'm lukewarm on all the Bay movies I appreciate that the big payday has allowed for more daring projects like Metroplex, Devastator and Combiner Wars.

Transformers is like an ecosystem, success in one area positively affects other areas whilst failures affect other areas negatively.

 

I'd understand if you hated Strongarm, she's the worst character on the show (why can't she die and have Windblade replace her?).
Personally I just think all the characters on this show are so much better than their g1 counterparts. Bumblebee isn't an immature loser, and Sideswipe is actually a person.

Exactly. Not liking something is fine, but hoping it bombs and other people get sad is being a jerk.

Everybody has a right to their opinion. People, where I'm from, are allowed to have racist beliefs...but other people also have the freedom to give that person shit for their stupid and ignorant beliefs.

 

I care for others, but I don't like this show, so naturally I want it to bomb.

 

Everyone has a right to their opinion...People also have a right to judge that person for their opinion. People have the right to like someone more or less because of their certain beliefs, or WHY they believe in that.

 

Funny, I'm sure people were saying the same about Beast Wars back in the day. Good thing that didn't happen.

Actually, untrue. Kids have been known to and WILL get up at 6am to watch cartoons. When I told my mom about the 6am timeslot she informed me that as a kid I would get up at the crack of dawn for my saturday morning cartoons as well.

So while for the majority of adults this seems crazy, it's actually not.

Also I will admit I'm indifferent to Windblade. I'm afraid she's going to just completely overshadow and negate the rest of the team because "Wow she's so cool" vibes are radiating off her. I mean yes, representation is cool.

But I'm not losing my mind over her cameo. (And I hope it's just a cameo)

 

I don't think the show failing will lead to another show. However, the show really hasn't caught my interest yet

 

Truth is, i told myself I would give it a couple more shots...but after watching the first two episodes....I just don't care to. Good luck Hasbro. Hope kids love it but i promise you I would of financially supported it more than little Timmy if you would of at least took a page from Pixar, and had it aimed at BOTH adults and kids. Nick tmnt understands this very well.

 

adult probably wil regard tis show as garbage and hope it flops hard..BUT tis show is meant for kids...so yeah,they did a great job ... as far as the toys concern, i think most mature buyers will skip most, if not the entire rid 2015 line altogether ....

ps: i only watch the episodes that feature optimus bcoz i want to know wat happen to him after predacon rising...
