Just returned from my holiday and wanted to buy the new arcade games but its telling me my card ain't authorised. So i've done the whole panic stricken calling my bank routine and all is well on their end so was wondering if other people are having issues? i.e are Microsoft's servers being twats. So anyone having problems getting points too?
I know Dirge_121 was having problems downloading Scott Pilgrim, so maybe it's all related. I used a points card recently and had no problem.
I always just buy the points and subscription cards and have never had a problem. After the way MS burned me in the past I'll be damned if they ever get bank or credit card number out of me again.
My internet has been fine, but it seems the dashboard has been loading halfway lately. Everything on the xbox using the internet has been a little slow. It's bizarre. We did finally get Scott Pilgrim downloaded, though!
Xbox.com has been going through some redesigns, killing some functions of the site and leading to errors on Live as well. A few people on the xbox.com forums are reporting the same problem.
Reach was pirated off the Marketplace (a variant of it, anyway), so it may have something to do with that.
The same thing happened to me 3 weeks ago, says exactly the same thing and I even can't renew my XBL subscription
