I seem to recall a while back there was some speculation that Hasbro might release him (Piranhaking, AKA the Universe Seacons) through either HTS or the club store, and that there was a thread asking how much we'd pay for him if Hasbro did go that route... has there been any further development on this?
I hope they're not still holding off in the hopes that some big retail chain will pick them up; its just not likely to happen any time soon.

 

I dobt we here anything until Botcon, I hope they are still comin tho.

 

Personally, I think it's starting to look likely that we'll never get them.

Yeah, at this point I'd be surprised if we ever see them. Although the Universe Build Team is just now hitting retail, so I guess there is still a chance. It really does suck as the Seacons were the only Universe figs I ever got really excited about.

 

I dunno the prospects look grim, but I tried to vouch for the set by signing Skowl's petition. 

I sincerely hope they release them somewhere down the line since I can't afford the G1 version at the moment.

 

I really want them, badly.

 

seeing as how universe is dead in the water it'll have to be a botcon thing now...that or a late late release for cybertron.

I don't care how they come out as long as I can get a set. I've got the original and BW2 deco, so I might as well get this one too.

 

Any chance they'd get a release at Target if the Build team repaints and repugnus/shark guy do well?

OK, how come they stick RiD Prime & Magnus in Cybertron for no reason, but "can't find a home" for the Seacons? Why not just put them in a Cyb box and be done with it..???? I don't get it, what am I missing???
