What about from the retailer you purchased from? eBay seller?

Worse comes to worse, and if it's only a connector - you can perhaps try asking one of the Warbo-KO companies via email if you can purchase.

I got it from BBTS, with no warranty if that's an issue. Yes, it's only a connector.

Honesty, if OP's looking for a hand connector I'm guessing he's looking for one of the pieces for Computron. The KOs are all Bruticus.

I agree, though, the best case is to try to contact the retailer or ebay seller.

Nope. It's for not!Bruticus. So a KO would be valid, supposedly. So should I just try to email BBTS about it?

Welp, I sent an email to BBTS about it. They're not going to be able to get back to me until Monday, though.

Update: Does anybody have a picture of the connectors on their own, without being plugged into a hand? I've looked through Google Images and all I can find are either the whole hands or the foot connectors. I did discover the hands come with WB-01-E Fierce Attack/not!Onslaught, though.

I'll take mine apart when I get a chance tonight, but I don't recall the hands and wrists bring separate pieces.

Thank you, the hands and literal wrists aren't separate pieces, but there's a connector used to attach the hands to the arms that is, which I'm calling the wrist out of convenience.

Yes, that's exactly what I need!

EDIT: Picture sent, not to see how they reply. If all else fails I'll try The Junk Pit or something.

UPDATE: After a few days of negotiations, a new part is supposedly on the way for five dollars and one cent in service charges. Should be here by next weekend. The guy I dealt with at BBTS was perfectly pleasant, too.

UPDATE #2: The part has arrived, and it works fine. I got two of them, but now I have a cushion in case I manage to lose another, I guess. Now all that's left is to figure out how to handle X-Ray.
