but i wanted to know if anyone's actually been lucky enough to spot this guy early?

 

He was at some TRUs on the 30th.

 

He's in South Jersey. Saw him once but passed on him to get Megs instead.

 

He is sitting in my bedroom.

 

Voyager Mixmaster and Megatron and Stratosphere has been in ToysRUs since May 29, 2009. I bought my Mixmaster on May 31, 2009.

 

You can find Mixmaster at all kinds of places around here. Usually the Targets or TRUs have him. Keep looking!

 

He's definitely out there, just not in large quantities yet.

I was looking for him quite sometime, but no luck, so I ordered him from HTS, but yesterday the walmart near me decide to stock a shit loads of mixmaster, I saw like more than 10 available.... So I don't think he's gonna be hard to find...

 

Yeah, I bought him the other day. Actually not a bad toy but a little on the small side for a Voyager...

 

Isn't that always the way. 

Actually, I really think it's going to be that way for most of this current Movie line. You've got the lessons learned from the last Movie toys being massively under-stocked, then saturated when people were losing interest.

Plus, you've got a down economy where people frankly aren't spending as much on "luxury" and non-essential items (since when is a toy a luxury--anyways! Heh.)

All that means to me that we'll be seeing this stuff for a while.

 

No Mixmasters around here yet, but I guess I would see them appearing in a week or two at most, to coincide with the movie's general release.

Another thing to ponder, so after Mixmaster, we have Long Haul and Grindor in wave 5.
But what comes after that in wave 6?

The toy leaks and news were coming fast and furious for several months, and all of a sudden it seems to have dried up.

First one I have seen was on my front this morning in a package from HTS. Now since I have one, Mixmaster will start to show up every where. I acctually thought I was going to find one in stores the day after I ordered from HTS.

I'm waiting for a DJ to take this name... if one hasn't already.

 

I picked him up at target last week. They also had voyager megs and wave 3 of the deluxes.
