Hey! I've had the Impossible Toys Quintesson Judge on order from BigBadToyStore for about a year. The status has always been "Coming <next month>", and every month it changes to the next month. I'd really like to get this item, but I'm starting to have my doubts that the order will ever be filled. Does anyone know what the deal is? Thanks in advance.
You're not alone. I've had my pre/back order in for these for not nearly as long as you, but I've seen it get bumped back month after month. I actually emailed BBTS about this awhile back. Here's exactly what they said: Makes sense to me... nothing they can really do about it, blame IT.
Not sure why BBTS can't get stock. At TFCon, there was a table with all of them. Quint 01-04 as well as the Guard & TV-accurate Nightbird. Picked up the Guard & Nightbird since I already had the others.
Damn... didn't want to hear that. I almost went to TFcon, and was hoping I could pick these up since IT was making the con exclusive, too... Oh well.
I didn't even know the Guard or Nightbird were even out. I'd forgotten about the Guard & just kept seeing Nightbird as 'Coming Soon' so I guessed it wasn't released yet. A pleasent surprise when I saw them. Other than eBay, BBTS & TFCon, I've never seen them for sale anywhere else. Granted, I really haven't looked. Other than Quint-01 (bought on ebay), all of mine have been bought at TFCons. They didn't have Spike/Daniel in Exosuits at TFCon, which BBTS has listed so I don't know if those are out or not.
I emailed IT about these and I was told that BBTS shipment is on its way so only a couple more weeks till they get them in stock.
Did the same, and got the same response... they also mentioned they're not likely to get more in stock soon and that the price may go up (I wonder if by "up" they mean the non-clearance price of $40 something).
