Best guess, someone bought it online and then returned it to the store, and the store put it on the shelf.

Why do toy aisles look so sad these days? I still remember the Golden Age of Toys... :(

That first photo is a collector's storage room done up to look like a 1980s toy store.

To be fair, post-Christmas seems to turn many toy aisles into disasters. Several Targets here are like that right now. Normally they are nice and neat. It will probably be back to normal in a few weeks.

Wow yeah those were the days. A good section of the store devoted to the toy section with shelves stocked floor to ceiling. One or two aisles devoted to model kits. Nothing like now where its only a couple aisles a piece for boys and girl toys.

That Kmart remark was describing our local store both before and during Christmas. Local Kmart hardly got any extra stuff for Christmas except for Moana, Star Wars, and Hot Wheels. Alot of bare shelves everywhere else. Combine that with the sudden lack of weekly ads post Thanksgiving, Im shocked that our store wasnt on the latest closure list. :(

Very surprised the Athens Alabama Kmart wasn't on the chopping block. In regard to the internet(Devastator) finds at B&M stores I never saw them myself. The only place that ever had him was TRU and that was were I picked mine of at.
