Blackout in TF1 was my favorite Transformers, and the first Transformer to appear in the TF movie,
ROTF liked the fight in the forest (Imax) because of grindor was amazing how he immobilized prime, thing that Megatron and Starscream never would.
Dotm, he have a good participation?

according to a youtube video showing filming in chcago,
there was Sikorsky CH-53E Super Stallion helicopters.

    comparisons:
Blackout's vehicle in the first movie (Sikorsky MH-53)

The Sikorsky CH-53E Super Stallion was the same helicopter that was used for Grindor.

Video of Sikorsky CH-53E Super Stallion in Chicago. (Camera is shaky though)
YouTube - Military Helicopters in Chicago. Transformers 3?
    Video Description from uploader:
I spotted these Military Helicopters flying over Chicago on August 1st. Some say they're part of the filming of Transformers 3 because the movie is being filmed in Chicago. Others believe they're Barack Obama's Marine One Fleet doing practice runs for the President's arrival in Chicago later this week.

My prediction for a blackout of some kind is about between 50%-63%

I think Michael Bay liked the character Blackout so much that did grindor which has the same form fighting along with Starscream and Megatron in the fight in the forest, a good participation in my opinion. He can not deny other participation of other MH53 or CH53 in DOTM!

I say yes, but probably just as a generic, like Bonecrusher has a generic in ROTF based on him

If Blackout is back, I want him to seriously injure some Autobots.

    Yeah, he was.

I think it would be pretty funny if one showed up and an autobot said something along the lines of "Ugh, another one?"

Other MH53 should appear as some weapons were no use what I like to see, as the front cannon blackout, Grindor not used that energy cannon I've wanted to use it again! And more blows with the weapon rotor

Another reason to have another model Blackout / Grindor it has a large array of weapons That include two arm-mounted Gatling guns, an energy cannon fires That massive shockwaves decible 700 and the rotor weapon (stored in his arm) that's Can spin at 6.000 rpm is reinforced and toughened with cobalt! Whether any further argument for them to join the dotm?
