I had an extra Wreckgar and decided to make this repaint. This one was a lot of fun and I am pretty satisfied with how this turned out. As you know this is a repaint of animated Wreckgar. I thought the long neck looked a little toonish so I cut it down a little. I used Lockdown's head and stuck it in Wreckgar's. Used some pieces of styrene for the striping. Found a gun in my junck box that fit perfectly in his hand. I left it it's original color (gold) because I liked the contrast. Found some exhaust pipes from a motorcycle and used them as the longstacks. They connect to the wheel pins with magnets to form the flamethrowers. The only thing that I still need to do is add the insignias which I'm waiting for in the mail. This one is a stand alone and is not planned to combine. The reason was I didn't like his size compared to other voyagers, but I do have a leader size one in the works. Really gotta learn how to finish projects before starting new ones. Anyways, thanks for looking and comments and criticisms welcomed. Sorry if pics not clear.
WOW! That mold works for well Motormaster. Didn't see this one coming. And the paint job is nice. I like the touch for the flamethrowers as well.
I gotta say: That is IMPRESSIVE. The rare earth magnets for the longstacks/flamethrowers was a neat idea. The colors are excellently applied, very smooth looking The lockdown head just seems perfect for this, I don't know why... the grimace maybe? And with the fact of Wrek-Gar having his square tv-based head, it invokes Motormaster's original head/hood look Top notch, top notch
That is pretty bad-ass! I don't know what you did, but there isnt a trace of Wrecky in there at all! Great job!
man I LOVE this, it works perfectly! I can only imagine how much more amplified his fury would be with having to turn into a GARBAGE truck hahaha
wonderful work there really looks great makes me think of picking up one more of the 1000 wreck gar in my area

I'm not a fan of the Animated figures but you really made a great looking Motormaster out of one. Thumbs up!

Wow this is perfect! I was thinking that they were going to use Wreak-gar for Motormaster for the Botcon set, but I was kinda bummed out when I heard it's going to be a V-Optimus prime... but this is what I expected and envisioned... Thanks for sharing.
