    True that. But hey, if it does indeed happen, at least they'll be readily available in stores eventually, the SDCC exclusives. I ain't gonna spend all day camped out at the computer on the 25th, if I miss 'em I miss 'em.

    Yah, I got my catalog in the mail but these toys will probabaly be out of stock for like two months with the way they get toys on the shelves. Of course you could always pay through the nose on ebay...

    Soon as they become available for sale, they'll be all bought out in seconds by some automated script and with in the next week hundreds of ebay auctions will come up with inflated prices.

    Yeah, I'm pretty sure we haven't heard anything from Takara about Animated, since obviously the Cartoon hasn't (and may never) aired there and the toys are based completely off the characters on the show.

    There's nothing to suggest they will. This seems to be just for those eager USA fans who can't wait. As far as we know the toys will still be coming out in May/June. Would be sweet if they were shipping to stores next week, though.

    The K-Mart sighting of Bulkhead awhile ago can be considered true, as I've spoken with a friend of mine working on the field team of Hasbro (Retail Management Support) and they were asked to check the backroom of every store and pull all Animated toys until further notice.

    There's nothing to suggest Takara is going to carry Animated (yet). Keep in mind, Takara likes their cartoons to be 52 episodes long, and we've only had confirmation of 2 seasons so far from Hasbro and Cartoon Network.

    Street date for the Animated toys should remain the same, though we know by now that "street dates" as in "available in all stores, at all times, every time you go in" does not equal "when stores put them out", so we could see Animated hit by late April early May instead of "June" as suggested by Hasbro.

    Here here. Which makes only releasing them through one outlet this far ahead of retail release seem sort of...silly.
