Well, it sure does answer my 'why the hell isn't that cube gray?' question. I bet the intention was to have Cliffjumper notice the spark and start suspecting his boss of attempted murder, but that may or may not play out now without S4.

I found Blurr's lines in the G1 series to be irritating because instead of like in TFTM and Animated, the writers didn't know how to write for him. They tended to limit him to repeating himself or bitching. Or both at the same time. I wanted to smack the writers upside their heads.

Yeah, Animated Blurr had much better dialogue than his G1 version. And that's true for the show in general.

 

You are being to optimistic. They can cancel (stop) the series any second and say "last Saturday was the last episode and you fans won't get anymore". Good series have been screwed.

 

Well, that makes me feel better. And here I started that whole Funeral thread for him in the first place. At least we can see more episodes after this season...

So in other words, Blurr is alive, but b/c the crackheads at Hasbro gave it the axe (possibly, they are being all hush hush about the show right now as far as questions go), he's now deemed dead.

 

You realize it' be released on DVD anyway, right?

 

How is it a plothole? He's not supposed to be dead, and according to this, never was supposed to be dead.

anyway... even if blurr is alive, how would he be functional? he still has a spark, but would they like transfer his spark into a new body or somethin? I dont see how he could unbend himself.... ALSO when shockwave gave the "compact Blurr" did he see the spark in it and keep the thing or just throw it into the incinerator? and 1 last question.... is that place were we can see his spark, is that his eye or opened chest??

 

It makes me very happy just knowing that Blurr was supposed to live anyway  
But I think Longarm/Shockwave's reason for not checking for a spark is that he wanted Blurr to die a very painful and horrific death once the incinerator was turned on. 'Cause since Blurr couldn't exactly speak Shocky didn't know if he was in stasis or not. Either way he took the chance and wanted him to be tortured.....
Well...my take on it anyway =P

 

That would have been cool to have blurr back if they had been picked up for another season, but of course the way cartoon network is going these days, all we will be getting in the future is live action ben 10 alien force movies and a live action version of how shaggy met scooby doo.

 

Like Peter Cullen unexpectedly getting the ax back in '86, now The Micro Machines Man is out of a job...
