    Thanks! :D  I'm not all that great at full customs, but functionality mods are a specialty. I can't even get a Transformer into the house without my wife asking me what's wrong with it and how I'm going to fix it. :)

    Nice pics and modification on the axe !! (page 4 with 25 thread per page)

    I think I will have a hard time to decide what to do with my first cybertron mode deluxe OP. but I 'd probably do the mod on my second deluxe when they show up in mass retail...

    (p.s. first one is somewhere being shipping... :)

    I just want to say, I have not been this impressed by a Deluxe figure since Concept Camaro BB and Landmine from the movie line, and I really feel they've been trounced here.

    Why?

    I'll leave aside awesome things like the vibrant colours and excellent body "lines" that make almost any pose look natural.

    The reason why this toy is a titanic winner is because it does what Classics Optimus did (roof and piece on the back are weapons, not parts of the bot), and removes the parts-former aspect.

    This toy has a shield and an axe that you DO NOT HAVE TO REMOVE while transforming it into robot mode.

    I'm honestly still geeking over this. :D  The shield can just fold onto the side of the left forearm, and if you stored the axe properly then it's sitting in the correct hand at all times in either mode.

    Absolutely thoughtful design in every way. I cannot recommend this figure enough.

    Yeah, it's nice that they're removable for play, but not required to be removed to transform the figure.

    Yeah, I think that's my favorite feature too. And Deluxe Prime is more poseable than the Voyager version!

    That hinge makes his axe so annoying to play with. >.< If it wasn't the only way to get the axe peg flush with his legs in the alt mode, I'd knock the thing out and make the shaft one solid piece. >.>

    I got mine today from a trade the axe is kinda annoying when you first transform it cause of how it's in the way when changing from truck to bot mode. other than that it is a pretty cool figure.
