It looks great. The Animated style just keeps growing on me. I really like the idea of having 3 modes for the axe but I will display it in mode #1.

Battle Damaged Prime is the Voyager Earth Mode. It was shown with Battle Damaged Megatron in the Club Magazine a few months back. They have painted battle damage.

 

I've heard that it's the Deluxe mold, but modified. Until I see a picture of it for myself, I'm just going to hope for both to look great, no matter what mold Prime ends up being, as I'm not currently a club member, and don't have access to the magazine.

 

Nice review, man, I keep telling myself I'm going to resist, but it's not getting any easier. very cool toy, love the axe.

 

I wish I could kill the douche who came up with delaying these figures!!!!! I saw we petition/stop buying movie toys so there "success" will reduce and they will be forced to put animated toys back to oroginal date BWAHAHAHAHA! Great reveiw I subscribed to you.

 

After looking at the SDCC pics of Voyager Prime as well as the recent prototype I would say what you heard is somewhat correct. I would say at least 50% or the figure is new (lower legs, entire arms, chest, head, and axe).

 

ok ya that op is sweet. but i got 1 question in the toon we saw 3 cybertonian modes prime megs and ratchet so are we gonna get a cyb ratchet as well cause he was kinda a cool tankish rescue vehicle so has ne1 heard about that?

Was the truck mistransformed at the start? There's a small difference when it was in the packing, the 'exhausts' point backwards in the box and up in the vid.

 

Looks fantastic, no surprises there (thankfully). I'm very pleased it stands up both as a display piece and a toy, i was a little worried this and other figures in the line might be a little flimsy.

nice review thanks man. Ive been abit meh about the vehicle mode since I first saw it but I never have my TF's in alt mode anyway so that dosnt matter and this prime looks awsome in bot mode which more than makes up for it so this is deffinately one I'll pick up.

 

On Ebay these are running for about $30 plus for the figure and $30 for the shipping? Is that what he paid? That is ridiculous!
