Damn, he looks even better than I thought.
Can't wait to get it in my hand and TRANSFORM IT!!!

 

Ah, there we go. For some reason I thought those red "blades" near the cockpit folded back along the gun in flight mode. Guess not. Still, looking good. Looks like that one has all the paint apps, although I seem the recall there was more black on his torso in previous pics.

 

This seller is great, massive thanks to him for his efforts to really show these toys at their best.  

On Megs himself, he looks fantastic now he's fully painted and not broken. Lots going on and some spring's in the back of his chest, FUN!

Not huge at 17.5cm but damn pretty tall compared to the Autobots, he'll have no trouble intimidating.

And to think the Earth mode looks even better...

Actually, I'm sitting at my desk with a ruler to hand and his 24cm long vehicle mode puts him on a par with Energon Landmine (an ultra) and 18cm width is pretty big too.

 

... It doesn't look like you can put the gun under the cockpit. :/ Not very close to the animation model.

 

... That's just DAMN cool.

 

It looks OK. Middle of the range for what I've seen in animated (which means it looks sub par over all). The alt mode doesn't really look like anything... Blob with turbofans attached ftl. The robot mode looks alright though

 

I can't use ebay at work, could someone e-mail the seller and ask him if there's any kind of electronic gimmick in the cannon?

This is in regards to yesterday's thread where a couple of guys suggested it was big enough to have some SFX in it.

 

Funny, I was thinking the exact same thing; the vehicle mode doesn't look like anything but the robot mode is okay.

 

That thing is fucking sweet!

Also, I might buy a second and repaint it in to Bombshell for the alt mode. So very badass.

 

Umm, it's a blob with a missile launcher on top. Hopefully the alt mode of earth megatron looks better. The bot mode looks great, but that shouldn't be too hard to accomplish when all you need to do is fold a robot into a blob.

And is it just me, or does it look like his gun is permanently attached as a gun arm, rather than a gun on his arm?

 

That reminds me of Cybertron/Galaxy Force Galvatron. Looks good though...

 

very nice bot mode but i dont how u guys can like the alt mode. it doesnt look like anything. its really shitty for megs that he got shafted in TFTM07, now this, poor guy.

give him a proper damn alt mode hasbro!

 

His alt mode looks like a portable sewing machine.

 

you can clearly see there's a hand on that arm.

 

Probably the worst of the Animated figures to date in my opinion.
Still an easy purchase though and much better than TFTM07 megatron.

He has such tiny, cute hands which seem disproportionately small. And the black hand/thumb with red fingers kinda looks like he is wearing fingerless gloves  

Which, oddly enough, is what I am doing at work now because the air conditioning is broken and set to freezing cold

Damn, he looks more amazing with better pics. I guess he and Cybertron Mode Prime are going to be my only Animated purchases then that actually look decent.
