    Hey folks,

Does your Animated deluxe Lockdown (not the Blazing version) have green paint stripes on the hood that end abruptly like this:

    -OR-

    Continue onto the adjacent part?

Now, the one above from Seibertron does say "Not for sale" on the toy, so it's an early sample, but I'm asking because I could have SWORN that when Lockdown first showed up at my Toys'R'us years ago, the ones on the pegs had the extra green paint apps which lengthened the hood stripes. I felt so strongly about this that I passed on every subsequent Lockdown I came across (usually at a mall's Toys'R'us express store) because I was damn sure that they were all missing the extra green paint I had thought I saw before.

But maybe my mind is just messing with me like the "Berenstain/Berenstein Bears" Mandela effect phenomenon. Lemme know what stripes your Lockdown has!

This is literally the first time I've ever heard of an Animated Lockdown with stripes extending past the hood. Long stripes do look nicer, so if the deco was changed, it was probably out of concern for paint durability or something, I dunno

Before I sold my old one, I recalled it ending like the one in BWTF's pic.

Hahahaha. This must annoy the heck out of you.

Mine stops at the thighs. no green bumbum.

Or maybe I erased the green bumbum. I can't remember.

    Ebay:
Many stock photos all had that extended green, but the actual toy, both hasbro/takara did not. At least all the ones I've come across.

My Lockdown was from the Q102 raffle held at Botcon 2008, so logically I consider it one of the first production samples, and a quick check shows his green stripes end abruptly and don't continue onto his upper rear legs.
