Cool. More people should be able to get this lovable brick.

All the same, didn't this thing get clearanced everywhere last time?

I'd be a buyer for this. It's strange these things are getting a second release though ...

My favorite Optimus Prime toy ever. Mostly due to nostalgia though. I only have the original Powermaster version though, not this reissue.

Glad that these are hitting again. These were huge for me 8 years ago in dragging me back in to the hobby, glad more folks will get to enjoy them :)

Yes the first reissue of PM Prime warmed the online shelves for quite a while.

It's a shame that Takara only seems to be reissuing figure that have been reissued again and again and again. I was hoping with Fort Max that they had finally found some other molds and were going to break that habit.

Well, what are the odds of this thread showing up just as I've managed to fix my older reissue?

I do still kinda want to trade him for the Japanese version, just because of the shorter (and less obnoxious) missiles...

sadly this seems to be a non-Encore style Hasbro reissue. So no point getting your hopes up on those two ever seeing the light of day... :(

But is it any different from the Hasbro version, apart from the missiles?

I have money, but it's going towards:

    -the GDO figures

    -First edition

    -MP-10

And finally, the wave 4 (?) voyagers.
