I’d like to ask, are mousepads and card game play mats (those specifically built like mousepads) safe for putting figures on?

I had a bad experience with rubber-like (I forgot what the material is called) mats and it caused paint transfer On my 2 Ultra-acts after leaving them there for an extended period of time. I did recall one thread here in this forum having mentioned the name of the rubber-like material that can cause paint transfer.

If playmats and mousepads were reactive like that, would kinda make them awful surfaces to use for constant contact with trading card sleeves and mice.
