Alright, I just watched episode twenty six, and was thinking . . .

Remember when Unicron infested Megatron's unconscious body, and he glowed with a purple flame, it reminded me of The Fallen.

And for those who have visted and read through this thread, you might know that there is a possibility that we might be getting a Prime The Fallen figure.

So, lets assume that

The Fallen will be in the show at some point and looks something like his War Within counterpart,

do you think that he will glow purple, seeing as how he's Unicron's herald and Dark Energon is . . . You see where this is going.

That would imply that he, too, has Dark Energon within him. Why would he?

His presence in the show would pale in comparison to Unicron. I wouldn't do, though I suppose any villain from here on out will pale in comparison. But maybe this is why Unicron didn’t take physical form, had he done so, nothing that follows (IMHO) would ever be able match his greatness.

Perhaps Unicron saw fit to power-up his Heralds with Dark Energon? Would give them a significant power boost, and the purple eyes, Tron-lines, and flames definitely make an impression.

 

Why would he give anyone his blood? Things didn't go to well with Megatron. Unicron doesn't seem to be the type to work with anyone. The arrogance he displayed in his introduction leads me to believe he has no heralds.

 

As you wrote and if I'm reading your thread correctly:

I'm trying not to be a Doubting Thomas, but I truely doubt "The Fallen" will have "Dark Energon" within him or show up within future episodes.

 

I don't think Unicorn wants or needs Heralds or minions this time around. He tossed Megatron aside when Megs offered him his services as a herald, and seems to prefer relying on duplicates of himself to carry out his objectives. I think, much like in the revenge of the fallen movie, the Fallen has his own agenda this time, and he is not a Unicron minion.

 

What does a god need with a herald anyway? Unicron's arrogance shows his strength and self-confidence, and if not for Prime, nothing would have stopped him.

I wonder if the Dark Energon story arc is finished. Megatron ceased to be purple the second Unicron went into stasis. Was Megatron able to use the power because Unicron was on the verge of waking or what?

What I'd like to know is if the TFP Fallen, like his "Exiles" counterpart, actually betrays the other 12 Primes for Unicron or simply for his lust of Solus Prime.

 

Probably regular flames, as, according to Exiles, The Fallen has nothing to do with Unicron anyway. He's "The Fallen" because he

Though, purple flames would be pretty sweet.

Maybe that's why the Decepticons is a "boys' club" as Airachnid stated. If Megatron highly regarded Megatronus, maybe he felt Solus Prime, being a female, was the blame for his downfall even though it was the 13th Prime that chose to kill her out of jealousy. Megatron may have felt that females were bad news and could cause the downfall of his Decepticons. So he only recruited males. Perhaps Airachnid is so cruel because she felt she had to be exceptionally skilled and vicious in order to get into the "boys' club". Like women who feel they have to have more testosteron than any man to be worthy of being a marine or navy seal.

 

Let's not make everything about feminism, shall we? The fact that there are Decepticon females (like Slipstream and Airachnid and probably many more) renders your point moot, anyway. The Decepticons don't hate women, there just aren't as many crazy Deceptibitches running around as there are Autobots.

About her being cruel...well, she's a Decepticon. If she was balanced and friendly, she'd probably be an Autobot.

 

She labels the Decepticons a "Boys' Club" with disdain and even asked Breakdown why she would return to such an all-male club. There's a good possibility the Cons either exclude females, limit their membership, or make it extremely hard for them to join.

 

Or, there are just a lot more dudes than chicks, hence a sarcastic "boy's club".

Then why would it be such a big deal to her? Why would she not want to go back to an organization she labeled a "Boy's Club"? With Megatronus, Megatron's idol, falling for his lust for a female, in relation to Airachnid's comment, it seems very possible the Cons limit female membership or don't permit it at all. It's not that the Cons have to hate females. They just may see them as trouble causing discord among the Decepticons.

^Megatronus Prime was one of the 13. Megatron (our Megatron) named himself after Megatronus Prime because it was a scary name.

Maybe she just hates men, like you do? It's clear that Cons allow female membership, you're just trying to assign a deeper meaning to there being fewer females than males in the Cons.

The Autobots aren't exactly swimming in female soldiers either, scout. How many do they have, 1? How many do the cons have, 1? Weird that you're not trying to call the Autobots sexist.
