American remake of Asian martial arts film The Raid

    Since Hollywood is almost incapable of choreographing martial arts worth a squirt of piss, I can't see his having the same visceral appeal as The Raid.

    Plus, having watched the movie, the language barrier isn't actually that big a deal since the film's plot is so arch and by the numbers you can infer 90% of what's being said without reading the subtitles.

    Besides, most of the best bits require no translation:

    Just Hollywood running out of ideas again. After the lackluster Old Boy remake, I have dim hopes for this project.
