Minor/Repaint: Alternators Seekers, all 7 of 'em!

    This is it guys! I have been working (off an on, obviously, as you guys have seen more projects than this one from me in the last year) on this project for the last year. I finished Screamer Monday, April 10th. I had been showing this single image to just a handful of people I IM and I was going to wait and post a thread when I shot a full gallery of all of them. However, I have been sick since Tues 11th and I forgot to take the image down. I guess now is as good of a time as any to unveil my work. So 1 year and a few too many TF Scoobies later, here they are, the Alternators Seekers!

    that is by far the sweetest sight I have seen in a long time, very nice job man, I can't wait to see more images of each one :D

    i still cant wrap my head around the idea of seeker as cars, but i can see how they make great recolors. kudos!

    At one point Smokescreen was $12.99, buy one get one half off at Kaybee outlets here. My mother-in-law bought a TON of those for me. :) 

    Probably the most heroic thing the Seekers have all done: help save shelfwarming Alternator toys :p

    Arm cannons . . .

    If you have ever bought a liquid soap dispenser, there is a little tab on the neck. I made the arm cannons using one of those and a mechanical pencil. I used a common nail for the mount and it fits snug in the hole on each arm where the engine fits on. Then I painted them using photo references of the G1 color schemes on each Seeker's launcher (for Dirge and Thrust, I just made the color schemes adjacent to their color schems instead of painting them straight black like their G1 counterparts :)  ) Here is a photo of all of the cannons I made:
