Now I know there is already a thread based around Assassins Creed 3, but I just want to make a thread based around Desmond's past ancestors, and plus I am a bit bored. Ok so who is your favorite, Assassin as well as who could win a fight against each other..? Kidding! But no really who is your favorite, Assassin and why? What makes one so unique than the other lets hear it AC Fans! Note: If you want to add others for fun then go ahead, but don't go all crazy and say a templar. EX: Shao Jun, Subject 16/Clay..Etc.
I haven't played Assassin's Creed III yet (Christmas can't come soon enough!), but I think my favorite will still be Ezio.
Ezio, although for most fans he's had three games of his own to build himself up beyond Altair or Connor. But, having only played Assassin's Creed 1 and 2, I find it hard to believe that Ezio is getting dethroned any time soon. Altair was pretty stone cold but not much else, however Ezio was an Errol Flynn-esque rogue and a charmer whom was a joy to play as.
Haven't played enough of AC3 to even get to Connor yet. In terms of combat the best presumably would be Connor, seeing as he'll have access to more advanced technology. In terms of character Ezio is going to be hard to beat, he was awesome, his locale was awesome, and his period of history was awesome.
You know, in terms of character, I have to choose Ezio, but I chose Connor, simple because he's the ultimate badass.
Ezio for a lot of reasons. I think he had the most well rounded story and background, but also from a visual standpoint I liked his design. Really, who can argue when he had 3 games devoted to him that showed pretty much his whole life? It's too bad Altair didn't have more time to shine, but Conner, just as some people say in the actual game, has a naive outlook that just causes friction between him and his allies.
Altair and Connor are not characters. Even if they were, Ezio would still poop on them both from a great height.
Yup, a cad and a bounder. So much fun and potential. Could you imagine them dropping that twist after 20+ hours of game. Amazing. Alas, we get Dull McDullerson and his dull adventures in dullville. Dull.
the only reason I find myself engrossed in the AC series atm is ezio, so I gotta go with him. about half way through brotherhood now, but he is just such a great character. you know his background, you know his motivation, you have a sincere connection to the character and why he does what he does. altair was just stone cold and hated water, so not much comparison there. connor looks cool but I get a bad vibe from reading the boards
This is a no-brainer. Altaïr and Connor only appeared in one game, and had little to no charisma or character development, while Ezio had 3 games to develop and grow.
No brainer for me cause its Ezio for sure. I have loved that character from day 1 when I got into the first game with him in it.
ezio..but dig connor being native so i could see him being my fav if they take the time to develop him like ezio..havent played much AC3(saving it for when im deployed) but the little i did play was pretty damned sweet..
