I know that this must have been covered before but does anyone know if the forthcoming re-release of Meister will be a straight re-release or possibly sport a G1-ish paint job??
He's one that I only recall seeing in stores a couple times. How about you guys? I never even got a chance to pick up a 2nd one.
I saw him once. Ever. So despite that I really should NOT have spent the money, I picked him up anyway.
Well at Toyfare they showed a small Titanium (or Attactix) version of his Alternator form with the classic striped paint scheme. So..... the eight ball says "Come back later."
Same old It's just gonna be the same Meister in the new packaging. The titanium Jazz is an homage to both Alt and G1, but doesn't indicate any new color scheme as far as we've been told. You never know, though. Hasbro could get sneaky and give us decals like the flames that came with Swerve. I'm more interested in seeing if this release will have the Japanese steering setup and white mirrors.
Why, he's still on shelves from the last two waves. As for Meister, I might grab one to make a better looking Ricochet. Or maybe just to sticker up with the G1 reprolabel set.
