How can wave 2 be coming so soon? W1 has barely out around me. TRU is the only place i've seen voyagers, i haven't seen ANY leaders, and the majority of stores have 9/10ths of their transformers pegs empty..... not that they have much space dedicated to transformers anymore x.x

BUT if you want a CW Menasor or the leader-size seekers, you're in luck! We have TONS of them up here!!!

Actually, Hasbro has stated that TR will be on shelves alongside the new movie toys. (whether stores acually buy any TR stuff is another issue entirely...)

Also, with there is allegedly going to be 6 waves of TR, not 4. and with all the rumors flying we know almost all 6 waves worth of deluxes already.

 

If none of the stores buy anymore TR figures, it looks like we'll have to do the same thing we did to get DOTM Leadfoot, Soundwave, and Wheeljack.

 

On the fence with Astrotrain since we still haven't seen Takara's version yet and Alpha Trion is a big fat NOPE in either case. (Terrible figure)

 

Most of the movie toys warmed the aisles from AOE in the storea around me, they hardly moved, meanwhile the Generations toys sold pretty well.

 

Are we sure it's just 4 waves? CW had 6 waves in total for legends/deluxe/voyagers and 5 waves for Leader class.

In any case I hope Overlord is part of wave 4's Leader class line and that he doesn't suffer the same fate that Skylynx had.

 

Meijer , dont know about the rest of you but the store near me in Wisconsin is a joke they still have CW silverbolts , 3 of them.

 

Yeah come to think of it there has been more than four waves confirmed . this does seem to be going quite fast. And FYI I am not looking forward to movie stuff clogging the aisles again  

 

Like I said a few posts up, i'm pretty sure we're getting 6 waves for TR. (Possible exception of leader class.)

Agreed, W2 showing up before W1 is widespread available? seems very fast to me....

Yeah, I try to think of the positive. We will be getting Trypticon next year so if I find myself saving a lot of money because of the movie crap, I'll spend a little extra on SDCC or Takara version. Plus it won't be the first time I ditched retail and did all my shopping strictly online, so let them clog aisle with Bay's crap all they want.

Ironic since they took forever to come out (Wave 1)...hell in Canada, I haven't seen any Wave 1 Titan Masters still.

Likely wont. Seems they will just be "in stock" on Sept 1. Something about certain retailers shipping preorders before the actual release date I believe

 

I wonder 1) what Tak Astrotrain will look like and if it'll be worth it and 2) if Alpha Trion will get done...

I don't wanna double dip unnecessarily.
